Vinyasa

Our vinyasa class is a flowing class that combines standing and floor positions. The goal of our vinyasa class is to help you make a connection with your breath and your movement through stretching, strengthening, and grounding.

This is an all-levels class, though you will enjoy it most if you can move easily from standing to floor positions on your mat.

$10 per drop-in class $45 for a 5-class pass

Cash, check, and credit card payments accepted.

Your first class is always free!

(And we’ll always provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and anything else you need for class if you don’t have your own equipment to bring.)
