Vinyasa Yoga

Our vinyasa class is a flowing class that combines standing and floor positions. The goal of our vinyasa class is to help you make a connection with your breath and your movement through stretching, strengthening, and grounding. This class is taught by Kenny Szenborn. Spaces are limited, so please call/text Kenny 330-261-0370 to reserve a spot.

Also note: Right now we can only accept cash or check payments for this class.
