Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is one of the best yoga classes for those new to yoga, or for those with mobility issues. However, contrary to popular belief, chair yoga can also be great for experienced yogis.

This class includes meditation, mindfulness, deep stretching, and strengthening. And it’s much more than just sitting in a chair and moving your arms around! Chair yoga helps you destress, stretch your muscles, strengthen your joints, connect with your body, and quiet your mind. Poses can be modified for all levels of yoga experience.

Class schedule

Chair Yoga will be offered 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
(No classes on Thanksgiving or Christmas.)

If you’ve never joined up for class before, please call/text Melissa at 330-610-0753 so she can make sure to prepare a space for you.

Class pricing

$10 per drop-in class $45 for a 5-class pass

Cash, check, and credit card payments accepted.

Your first class is always free!

(And we’ll always provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and anything else you need for class if you don’t have your own equipment to bring.)
